I'm not a runner. I've always been an athlete - soccer, basketball, swimming, rugby - but I've never been able to convince myself I enjoy running. I get bored, my knees hurt, its too cold, its too hot, etc etc etc. This is my journey to 'enjoyment' of running.
On May 24, 2010 I started the Cool Running: Couch to 5K program, and I've tried to not look back since.
